POSITION SPECIFICATION
TITLE: Java J2EE Technical Lead
REPORTS TO: Vice President
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide technical support to the development team on-Resolving their technical issues
- (Providing support to the development team if they are stuck in the code). Mentoring development teams on best coding practices, Processes and on technology updates.
- Supporting development team on Code Optimization.
- Conduct Code Reviews - Ensure reviews are conducted for code at regular intervals
- QA support: Proving support to QA in creating test environment
- Creating Deployment environment and Release management
- Configuration management
LOCATION: Noida,India
