POSITION SPECIFICATION

Title: RECRUITING HEAD
Reports to: HR Head
DUTIES
- Provide a benchmarked and comprehensive Recruitment & Selection at all levels
- Develop and implement annual hiring plans and recruiting strategies
- Developing hiring practices & policies in line with recruitment needs of the organization
- Implement, review, develop and maintain all new and existing recruiting policies and procedures with the organization.
- Oversee global recruitment & ensure proper coordination of the global delivery model
- Develop and implement compensation & benefit strategies, competency mapping & performance management systems
- Lead, plan, manage and direct the overall recruiting processes and budgets.
- Ensure good quality of talent recruits & coordinate best recruitment & selection procedures
- Drive recruitment from multiple avenues like portals, executive search firms, advertisements and networking.
- Facilitate recruitment panel for Professional and general recruitment, promote equity, transparency, and consistency in the selection and placement of employees
- Allocate and track associates and utilization.
- Manage a team of recruiters. Direct, train & develop them in line with the company practices
- Ensure motivation and morale amongst group members
- Understand future requirements from Business Heads
- Set processes in place for capturing Requests & Resumes
- Understand the business needs in terms of people needs and apply innovative and out-of-the-box recruitment strategies to meet the numbers
- Develop and fine tune all channels of sourcing to maximize search results without compromising on the quality of the intake
- Develop the recruitment team
- Develop relationships with vendors and external recruitment partners
- Benchmark recruiting to top tier peers and measure for efficiency improvements

Experience: 10 years experience in handling recruitment in a 100 Cr company
Education: MBA- HR from a reputed institute
Specific:
- Over 10 years of experience in leading & driving the recruitment function with at least 5 years in a Recruitment leadership capacity in a top IT company/BPO/Telecom company with a turnover of 100 cr & above
- Proven track record in recruiting over 1,000 people per year in a 100 cr company and knowledge of recruitment channels for volume hiring
- Experience in overseeing global recruitment
CTC:
- 30-40 Lacs
