TITLE: SME Citrix Administrator
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day-to-day Windows and Citrix support, system stability checks, alert monitoring and problem escalation.
- Rostered on-call support for this environment
- Support software deployment using Citrix, Windows Group Police and change management standard processes.
LOCATION: Chennai, Bangalore
