JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: PF- Boiler Project Manager
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- He/she will act as a team member engaged in Commissioning of 6 x 600 MW (at C.G.) & 4 x135 MW ( Near Nagpur - Mah.) unit including TG, TPH PF Boiler,Water system including DM Plant,CHP, AHP, Oil pump house, Oil fired Start up Boiler, ash handling system ,Boiler Feed , Coal Mill, Cooling Towers, ESP, etc.
- Erection & Commissioning
- Testing & Commissioning
- Protection and Interlock testing of Turbo Generators
- Responsible for safe Operation of plant & equipmemts
- Implementing a periodic MIS reporting of site progress.
- Responsible for Project Cost control and analysis for site activities
- Control on site activities for erection progress and resolving site discrepancy reports with engineering. Coordinating with Procurement department for shortage damage report.
- Development of relationship with local authorities/government bodies for smooth execution of project including interaction with government agencies like IBR and environmental bodies.

EXPERIENCE
- Min. of 8-15 years of construction & erection experience in coal based power projects specially having PF / CFBC boilers
- Strong commercial and coordination skills, coupled with decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Leadership, delegation, communication, interfacing and presentation skills. Experience in handling multi-functional management role is mandatory.
EDUCATION
- BE /B.Tech. in Mechanical /Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics /Instrumentation /Thermal Power Plant Engineering
