POSITION SPECIFICATION
TITLE: Principal Engineer
REPORTS TO: Vice President
JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a Principal Engineer (PE), the job will entail guiding and mentoring a development team with clean architecture & sound design, and working with leads & architects across geographies to insure interoperability and maximize reuse.
- He/she will be expected to take a hands-on approach. A key success factor will be the ability to direct or create platforms with widespread reuse and impact.
- In this role, he/she will be expected to interact with Product managers to understand business requirements and play a key role in setting up the product to serve the business needs for now and for the future.
