THE POSITION

Title: Head Quality

Reports to: CEO

Duties: The candidate will have the following broad duties:
- Organize and lead regulatory filings for IND, NDA/ANDA
- Backward Integration into API Manufacturing to capture entire segment of Value Chain.
- Maintains and improves systems and processes
- Provide inputs on Speciality Care products for any issues required by other allied or support departments
- Responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for the development of the Company’s drug delivery technology/product platform.
- Planning and implementing new product and technology development research projects from the design of the product scope to scale-up stage and clinical evaluation.
- Ensure that appropriate technical laboratory-based activities are selected and implemented for development and sufficient resources are applied for the successful execution of the company's product development strategy.
- Obtain reference standards and other details from Market Desk for analysis of samples at CDTL

Challenges: The candidate will have to deal with the following challenges in this position:
- Developing strong quality systems to the expectations of regulatory
bodies and multi national customers.
- Expedite the pace of ANDA filings
- Provide regulatory inputs for the company’s drug delivery technology/product platform

Description

THE PERSON

Experience: Minimum 15- 20 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical/Drug Delivery company

Education: Must be a MPharma / Post Graduate in applied Chemistry, PhD is prefferend


Specific: - Should be able to handle regulatory fillings for IND, NDA/ANDA
- Should have minimum 15 – 20 years of work experience.

CTC: 30-40 Lacs
