POSITION SPECIFICATION
TITLE: Technical Manager - Java/J2EE
REPORTS TO: Vice President
JOB DESCRIPTION
- End to end project management for large project or one or more small projects
- Complete system architecture and design ownership for projects
- Interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Team Building activities (Interviewing, mentoring, participating in appraisal process etc)
- Provide inputs for resource planning and involve in hiring and personnel decisions
- Cover all aspects of project management including scheduling work activities, monitoring work activity progress, reviewing and reporting status etc
- Complete Delivery and Quality Ownership of projects (including coordination of testing activities - QC & QA)
- Coordinating and Performing code and design reviews
- Take ownership of project metrics (measurement, analysis, improvements)
