Job Title : Project Manager, Delivery Capability Creation Job Grade: 9/10Total Experience : 8-10 years Work location : BangalorePurpose of the role - The Delivery Capability Manager manages and controls all Operations activities in Product Program, which develops new products. He/she is the operations member in a program team. Delivery Capability Manager is responsible Project Manager for Delivery Capability Creation in Product Program. He/she manages Operational Delivery Capability Creation project for new products , product modifications & maintenance including ownership of tasks, resources, schedule, project costs (budget) and risk management.Key responsibility areasCreate Delivery Capability for new products ( typically telecom infrastructure hardware )Manage Design for Excellence (DFx) disciplines covering product manufacturing, testing & supply chainManage all product related Delivery Capability Management activities needed to create delivery capability of purchasing, production and Demand/Supply Chain sub areas.Plan and control budget and resources for Operations during delivery capability creation.Manage risks related to operationalizing new product designs Declare product milestones / decision points of behalf of Operations.Heading Operations internal project team.Prototype build Management.Responsibility transfer to delivery process.Manage delivery capability for active products in BU’s during maintenance phaseDrive product change management from Operations point of view.Main skillsProject management, preferably in product development. WFM Lead (VP Level)

Role

Management liaison between for Centralized Coordinator, Analyst and Site WFM teams. The incumbent is responsible for setting strategic direction for internal and new business protocols and managing the overall success of Forecasting, Scheduling and Intraday management and its resources.

Key Responsibilities

Act as SME to coordinate forecasting, scheduling and Intraday process
Set strategy and direction for all analysts
Define and communicate objectives and operational guiding principles
Monitor overall WFM progress based on key performance metrics
Set up and maintain governance structure
Manage internal communications process
Manage resources and provides ongoing, day-to-day leadership, communication, guidance, motivation and support to staff
Determine resource needs and participation in staff recruitment process
Actively involve in developing the communication plan with key stakeholders, i.e. key suppliers of information
Collaborate, quantify and validate impacts of proposed new capabilities with company's Executive Leadership, and other stakeholders, as identified.
Proactively address issues and trends and participate in risk mitigation plan
Review and confirm final assumptions with Executive Leadership for Long Range Planning
Evaluate, confirm, and obtain signoff from CRM proposal lead(s), validating deadlines, funding and key stakeholders
