WFM Lead (VP Level)
Role
Management liaison between for Centralized Coordinator, Analyst and Site WFM teams. The incumbent is responsible for setting strategic direction for internal and new business protocols and managing the overall success of Forecasting, Scheduling and Intraday management and its resources.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME to coordinate forecasting, scheduling and Intraday process
Set strategy and direction for all analysts
Define and communicate objectives and operational guiding principles
Monitor overall WFM progress based on key performance metrics
Set up and maintain governance structure
Manage internal communications process
Manage resources and provides ongoing, day-to-day leadership, communication, guidance, motivation and support to staff
Determine resource needs and participation in staff recruitment process
Actively involve in developing the communication plan with key stakeholders, i.e. key suppliers of information
Collaborate, quantify and validate impacts of proposed new capabilities with company's Executive Leadership, and other stakeholders, as identified.
Proactively address issues and trends and participate in risk mitigation plan
Review and confirm final assumptions with Executive Leadership for Long Range Planning
Evaluate, confirm, and obtain signoff from CRM proposal lead(s), validating deadlines, funding and key stakeholders
