JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Technical Writer
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Proven ability to construct clear, industry-standard software documentation.
· Proficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Word, Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat, Rob Help, or WebWorks.
· Ability to understand software products and their application to business processes
· Ability to gather information using all means at your disposal, including interviews, engineering documents, and active use of the application.
· Proven ability to construct clear industry standard documents describing the applications based on the knowledge gained from the above.
· Experience with HTMLXML authoring tools and content management tools ? a strong advantage.
