TITLE: Technical Support Leader
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- International Technical Service and Support.
- Install and configure Norton program and product updates.
- Evaluate and install systems security patches.
- Extensive Remote desktop support using Logmein Rescue toolkit.
- Confirm issue fix by providing call back to customer desk
LOCATION: Chennai
