JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install, Configure and maintain MS Windows servers across the enterprise.
- Experience working with VMWare suite of products.
- Enterprise Level knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience in Server Monitoring and Administration, desktop deployments and support.
- Responsible for timely closure of trouble tickets and service requests.
