JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibilities will include resource and schedule estimation for self and team, managing test plan development, and overseeing test execution.
- A good understanding of programming and experience with test automation is also required.
- This manager will need to develop leaders and staff within the organization and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
