TITLE: Senior Mgmt- Process Consultant
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should have handled Investment Banking operations like - Corporate actions, Security Maintenance, Class Actions, Settlements, Corporate taxation, trade settlement, pricing , global trading etc.
- Should understand and document client brokerage processes, analyze them for efficiency, productivity and costs
- Should have experience in handling process consulting projects, ability to engage with customer, understanding their business processes, analyze the processes for inefficiencies and costs, provide recommendations to improve the processes and help customers to implement the recommendations.
