JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Project Manager
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Testing of integrated MSC, BSC, PCU, TRAU, BTS. Functional and protocol testing of Abis, A, Gb and C interfaces.
- Project management and tracking ongoing projects.
- Developing team spirit and enhancing the performance of the team by ensuring that their issues/concerns are addressed.
- To ensure that the team is abreast with the latest technologies/products. Also to ensure that refresher sessions are conducted for the service team at least twice in a year.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents. Identify areas of quality failures and take steps to rectify the system. Practice quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
