JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Manager QC
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Day to day work planning for analysis of RM, PM, Bulk, FP and stability samples.
- Total Responsibility of overall functioning of the Quality Control Laboratory in accordance with GLP and principles of GMP including Instruments.
- ompliance of Current Good Laboratory Practices and Standard Operating Procedures in the Lab.
- Testing approval or rejection of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Intermediates, Bulk and Finished Products.
- Validation of Equipments, Process and Method Analysis.
- Operation and calibration of all analytical instruments as per schedule.
- Proper documentation of all analysis including raw data, checking of all data and proper storage of data.
- Organize the analysis of all stability samples, as per specified schedule.
- To ensure the quality of Potable water, Purified water and DM water and provide the feedback on necessary action on bio-burden
