JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: IT Operations Lead
REPORTS TO:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead IT local operational planning and projects based on scheduling from the IT Executive team and IT Operations Production Control manager, and organize and negotiate the allocation of IT resources.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of IT operations local resources – including personnel and equipment.
- Oversee all reports and documentation related to network and systems operations.
- Develop maintenance schedules for network and systems equipment based on schedules from IT Management.
- Conduct system feasibility studies and testing in conjunction with IT Operations management and architects
- Implement all functional policies and procedures as per IT Executive directions, including those for network architecture, standards, purchasing, and service provision
LOCATION: Bangalore
