- Discussing future road-map with Clients and building long term relationship.
- Establishing Decos as Technology partner for Clients
- Customer relationship management ,Responsible for Customer satisfaction
- Establishing and ensuring Global best practices.
- Quality, Process and Technology management across projects.
- Ensuring target project revenue.
- Excellent understanding of offshore/onsite model.
- Handling large team size like 300-500 FTE.
LOCATION: Chennai
